Application Process
We have an easy four step process for all applicants:
- Attend a mandatory NACHA information session (held monthly) before applying. Your attendance receipt is required for your application. Visit the NACHA website for session details and registration.
- Once you have attended the information session, please complete the application form below. Ensure that all supporting documentation is provided. A fully completed application form can be sent to Artspace Housing Cooperative at the mailing address below or emailed to [email protected].
- After receiving your application, we will add you to our list for our next orientation and interview event.
- After completing these steps, successful applicants will be approved and added to our waitlist for a future vacancy.
A Home For Everyone
Artspace Housing Cooperative boasts a diverse range of living options with 66 apartment units and 22 townhouse units, including 28 adapted units. All housing units are equipped with a refrigerator and a stove. Townhouse units have an in-suite washer and dryer.
Apartment Units
Starting from $1200/month. Our two and three-bedroom apartment units feature spacious layouts and modern amenities.
Townhouse Units
Starting From $1500/Monthly. Our 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses offer the perfect balance of space and connection.
Adapted Units
Starting From $1200/Monthly. Our adapted units are carefully designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind.
